Hey there!
I’m a learning designer with 15+ years of experience spanning K–12 classrooms, higher-ed lecture halls, and corporate training floors. I blend Universal Backward Design, ADDIE, and gamification with a healthy dose of creativity to turn dry content into unforgettable experiences. Think BrewBot, a beertending simulation with a twist, or a safety-sleuth mystery game that makes OSHA regs interesting and fun. My mission? Make complex ideas stick, and maybe even spark a smile.
I bring a unique mashup of business and education to the table. I hold an MBA with a focus in Accounting, an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, and I’m currently working on my doctorate in Instructional Design and Technology.
My style is research-based, learner-centered, and a little offbeat, to deliver e-learning that actually works (and doesn’t make you want to run for the hills).
